In helping businesses find effective solutions to common problems, I am constantly reminded of the need for consumer education. A little while ago, I was having conversations with an expert leasing agent about how little people know of the process for finding and leasing an apartment, and how often potential leasers show up with no idea of what they’re really looking for. This led to a collaboration with a group of veteran leasing agents to educate the public on how to determine what they want and how to find the apartment of their dreams—without all the headaches.
